Leadership development is most powerful in the right company.
That is why each cohort is deliberately limited to twelve participants.

We select leaders based on:

The Admission Process

A calm, structured and thoughtful process:

1. Enquiry

Begin by submitting a short enquiry.
We will share further details and arrange a conversation.

2. Introduction Call

A brief conversation to understand your context, leadership experience, and what you want from the programme.

3. Entrance Interview

A deeper, reflective interview exploring your ambitions, challenges, expectations, and commitment to the practice of Excellence.

We are not testing you.
We are discerning fit — for you, and for the cohort.

4. Offer & Deposit

Successful applicants receive a formal offer.
A deposit confirms your place and supports programme preparation.

5. Pre-Programme Orientation

Before the programme begins, you’ll receive orientation materials and your Leadership Compass, preparing you for the journey ahead.

The interview is a conversation — not an assessment.

We explore:

  • Where you are in your leadership journey

  • What you want to change or strengthen

  • How you respond to challenge

  • How you reflect

  • Your appetite for pursuing Excellence

  • Your willingness to practise consistently

  • Your expectations of the cohort and the Institute

We look for sincerity, self-awareness, and commitment.
Not performance.

Fees & Commitment

The flagship three-year pathway is designed to be a meaningful investment in your leadership.

Cohort Zero (Founder Cohort)

£7,500 per year
A reduced, founder-only rate.

Standard Cohorts

£9,500 per year

Each year includes:

  • 12-week intensive in-person programme

  • 12 months of applied support

  • Real-world leadership projects

  • Individual coaching and guidance

  • Cohort sessions and follow-ups

  • Use of the Leadership Compass

  • Access to select Scholar resources and materials

We encourage organisations to support leaders through sponsorship.
However, many individuals choose to invest personally.

We run two intakes per year:

  • Spring Intake — begins April 2026

  • Autumn Intake — begins September 2026

Admission opens several months prior and places fill quickly due to the cohort size.
