HIPPOs and HIPOs

I believe we need to avoid HIPPOs and encourage more HIPOs.

HIPPOs can be spotted in every organisation.

Normally sat at the head of a table.

Often late for meetings.

Their opinion matters.

An awful lot. (Perhaps, too much!)

HIPOs can be hidden from plain sight.

Often overlooked.

They have lots to offer.

And should be the future of any organisation.

If not your organisation, then perhaps another.
