In this week’s show we meet Tom Bloxham MBE. Tom is Chairman and Founder of the multi-award winning regeneration company, Urban Splash. 

Tom knows all about leadership and what it means to begin with the end in mind. He moved to Manchester to study Politics and History. And whilst studying, built a successful business, selling posters to students, renovating terraced houses and sub-letting large retail units to fellow entrepreneurs. 

For over twenty five years, Tom and his team at Urban Splash have been transforming some of the most iconic buildings in the country. And today, he’s reimagining new ways of building homes for the future.
