Always accepting poor.

Unable to recruit and retain talent.

Type 2 — Make do and mend. Occasionally

Cost conscious.

Understand short term tactics.

Able to call out poor.

Understand when things are good enough to move on.

Type 3 — Make do and mend. Never.

Unable to compromise.

Always striving for Excellence.

Driving people forward.

Recruit and retain high performing teams.

Interesting to reflect on yourself and your leadership team.
