S2E1 / Lead from the front with Tim Rawlinson

Tim Rawlinson is an ex-military leader who’s spent twenty years training the troops and traveling the world.

Tim knows a few things about leadership and what it really means to lead from the front. He’s been responsible for leading soldiers into hostile environments and has been accountable for the life-saving, specialist medical services in many conflict zones.

This interview will give you a real insight into how the army recruits leaders, and trains them to better communicate and think clearly under pressure.

We talk about tea and toast, carrying a notebook and how walking a dog can break down barriers. We also explore how Tim’s leadership style has changed over the years.
