S2E7 / Apply a winning mindset with Sarah Storey DBE

Sarah Storey DBE is one of our most successful athletes, winning more gold medals than most people will ever dream.

Sarah started her sporting career in the swimming pool—making her Olympic debut in 1992. She later switched to cycling and applied her winning mindset to set new standards, both on and off the track.

Today, Sarah's a role model for women’s sport, disability sport and a champion for working mums. This interview gives you a real insight into how elite athletes prepare for success and also failure. We talk about world championships, challenges and chimps.
